Ruby Red is a UK based  photographic and modelling agency, and is part of the Mr. Publications group of modelling and marketing companies.

The following terms and conditions are non negotiable and apply to all bookings made through the RUBY RED Modelling agency. Any requirements by the client not covered within the scope of these terms and conditions must be negotiated through the RUBY RED Modelling  agency only, and not with any individual model or artiste.

 As required by the Department of Employment, the RUBY RED Modelling Agency booking form containing the terms and conditions of the booking must be signed and returned by the client in good time prior to the commencement of the assignment.

Alternatively you may e-mail models@rubyred.net quoting reference RR/BF and a booking form will be e-mailed or posted to you.

 Booking Fees

Booking fees vary according to the type of work and location. All assignments are priced individually. A basic rate for all of our models can be found at the bottom of this page (to be used as a guide only) or within some models individual pages.

All modelling fees are charged by the hour. The charge period commences with the arrival of the model at the designated meeting point and ceases upon the models departure.

Modelling only

Overtime will be charged after 18-00 hours and before 0800 hours and will be applied at a rate of one-and-a-half times the agreed hourly rate.

A special rate is negotiable for night work between the hours of 2400 hours and 0800 hours

Weekend work will be charged at a rate of one-and-a-half times the models usual hourly rate.

A Travel fee will be charged and is based upon mileage to and from the designated assignment location from the models home address. The rate is 50pence per mile. Mileage is based upon the distance between the Post Code address of the assignment and the Home Post Code address of the model. The mileage will be calculated using the official AA Route Finder software (Latest edition)

If a model is required to travel to a further secondary location after the models arrival at the designated address given on the booking form, the client shall be responsible for the safe transportation and associated costs to and from the secondary location.

Meals and Refreshments

Meals and refreshments shall be provided by the client for all models, allowing for a 1 hour lunch break on all daily bookings.

Time of the lunch break shall be at the clients discretion and convenience.

 Chaperones

All of our RUBY RED models shall if felt necessary or if requested by a particular model, be chaperoned to and from assignments by our own professional chaperones.

The chaperone fee is based on an hourly rate and commences upon collection of the model from their home and ceases upon the return of the model to their home. Chaperone fees are payable by the client and will be fixed prior to an assignment.

Chaperone fees do not apply where a model is happy to make their own travel arrangements.

Travel expenses (mileage fee) does not apply when a chaperone fee is applicable.

 Agency Fee

The RUBY RED Model Agency will apply a 25% suppliment to all bookings.

The total booking fee will therefore be calculated thus:-

Model fee + travel expenses / chaperone fee + 25% = Total Fee

 Payment of Fee

A 50% deposit will be payable upon confirmation of the booking.

This is a non refundable deposit other than in extremely mitigating circumstances, or when the cancellation is due to either the RUBY RED Modelling agency and/or the booked model, in which case the deposit shall be refundable in full.

The balance of the fee becomes due upon completion of the assignment and must be received by the RUBY RED Modelling agency within seven (7) days of completion of the assignment.

PAYMENTS

ALL Cheques, Postal Orders or Bankers Drafts are to be made payable to Mr. Publications

Any fees not paid in full within the seven (7) days shall be subject to a surcharge of 10% per calendar month and the client shall be held responsible for any legal costs incurred by the RUBY RED Modelling agency and/or Mr. Publications in recovery of any outstanding monies .

 Complaints

Any cause for complaint must be reported as it arises. Complaints cannot and will not be considered in retrospect.

By booking a RUBY RED model the client understands and fully accepts the terms and conditions contained herein.
